My journey into the world of wellbeing began more than 30 years ago when I first qualified as an Aromatherapist. Immersed in the study of essential oils, I discovered how these natural wonders transform our mood and balance. While my career eventually led me to the high-pressure environment of the House of Commons, my passion for aromatherapy remained.

During my years in the corridors of power, essential oils became my sanctuary, a way to maintain energy, manage stress, and ensure restorative sleep. Eventually, this led to a return to my roots and the creation of Fawn of the Forest.
