Delivery & Returns

Please note that we are a small independent business that makes everything in small batches by hand and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us at: hello@fawnoftheforest.com and we will do our best to help. We will always aim to respond promptly.

We will accept the return of an unused product within 7 days of purchase in their original packaging and condition. Please ensure it is well packed and protected for the return. If not, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we have received the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Please provide receipt of purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds unfortunately.  

If you received damaged goods, please contact us immediately at:
hello@fawnoftheforest.com and provide a photograph of the damage and outer packaging, if not, they may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping + Delivery 

United Kingdom - Items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. We are a small independent business that makes every item by hand. Occasionally during busy periods, it may take us a little longer to get your order dispatched. 

Standard UK Delivery - Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to arrive. All deliveries are 48hr tracked and delivered by Royal Mail. (Please allow a little longer during seasonal periods) 

Guernsey, Ireland and Northern Ireland - All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Standard, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
